Berry Laminate Flooring

LAMINATE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your laminate floor looking new and spotless you should regularly clean the floor with a vacuum cleaner, broom or dry mop. To further protect the floor from sand and other abrasive particles we recommend you use doormats at entrances.

In addition, you should periodically wash the floor with the Berry Floor laminate cleaning product and a well wrung mop or cloth. Berry Floor’s laminate cleaner (750 ml) ensures perfect maintenance of your Berry Floor laminate floor, both for its first treatment and for regular cleaning. It is diluted in water and applied with a well wrung-out cloth. For stubborn dirt, the cleaner may be used neat (always rinse with clean water using a well wrung-out cloth). The Berry Floor laminate cleaner complies with EC recommendations: it contains less than 5% anionic surfactant agents and less than 5% non-ionic surfactant agents.

Be careful and avoid using too much water when washing the floor. Any spillages of water, whether during washing or otherwise, should be wiped off immediately.
Although laminate flooring is more resistant to scratching and denting than wood, it is always a good idea to place felt pads or protective rubber coverings under the feet of furniture and the legs of chairs, stools, tables, ladders, etc. This also helps ease furniture movement. In the case of furniture or chairs with rollers, it is better to cover them with rubber. Protect the floor when moving heavy pieces of furniture. Carry them or place them on a rug, wrong side up, and slide the rug.

Lastly, it is recommended that ideal room conditions, for humidity between 40 – 60% and temperature at 20°C, be maintained to permit the floor to perform its best.
IMPORTANT: in the case of flooring incorporating the WoodView® system, never clean the grooves with a pointed object.
